Eric Eden's Bio
I have been a realtor in Spokane for over 36 years and before working with Live Real Estate, I had only worked for two other offices. Making the decision to switch offices was overwhelming, stressful, and even scary. However, once I made the decision it was like ripping a band aid off, and I’m so happy I did it.
When I received my first commission check from Live Real Estate, I had to do a double and triple take. I was completely amazed at the minimal deductions taken out! There are no franchise fees, no transaction fees, nor any other goofy miscellaneous fees involved. It was also amazing to get my checks on time; the checks are almost always processed within minutes of being in the office and never later than the next day.
More importantly than the financial benefits, is the professional atmosphere, the broker and office support, and the incredible group. Our group at Live Real Estate has years of experience and a captivating sense of family about them. I am very proud of our group, the way in which we work together, and our beautiful office. It’s so nice to know people care about you.

Lori Joy's Bio
About Me
I was raised in Kettle Falls, WA until my family moved to Spokane when I was fifteen years old and I attended East Valley High School. I attended college at SCC. I have worked in real estate for 19 years as well as worked as a bookkeeper for a company in Spokane Valley. I retired from that position in 2021 to focus solely on my Real Estate career.
I love the four seasons that Spokane’s climate offers us. There are so many different recreational opportunities in the Northwest which is one of the many reasons my husband and I chose to build our life here. Together, my husband and I enjoy boating, traveling, entertaining and working on our home. We have 2 daughters and are blessed to now be grandparents. They truly are our pride and joy and remind us to take the time to enjoy the little things in life. Real Estate is something I am very passionate about. It is hands-down THE best investment long term.
As your Realtor
I understand the importance and seriousness of buying and selling your largest financial investment, which is Real Estate since I have done it myself many many times. I know what a buyer and seller need from their Realtor. You will be exceptionally well taken care of throughout the entire process. I have a strong attention to detail and time frames which is paramount during Real Estate transactions. The slightest mistake of your agent could cost you thousands of dollars and the loss of your deal. You will not have to worry about this when you choose to work with me. My relationship with you doesn’t stop when I hand the keys over, I will also be there for you long after our transaction closes for any assistance you need in regards to your home. I look forward to becoming your Realtor for life.

Naphtali Branam's Bio
I was born and raised in the greater Spokane area. In 1996 I married the love of my life and said goodbye to Spokane. He was in the Air Force and we set out on a grand adventure traveling the world and raising our 2 amazing son’s. In 2014 we moved back HOME!
I learned a lot in those years about what makes a home. It is a structure, a building, an investment. It can be replaced, rebuilt or reimagined….but it is so much more.
A home is where you sleep, where you dream, fight, make up, mend scraped knees, make macaroni art, take prom pictures, hide teeth for the tooth fairy, budget your adventure, plan weddings, celebrate birthdays and holidays, pray for loved ones, wrestle with troubles, and invest with hard earned cash, sweat equity, time, family, relationships, and yourself.
Sometimes it’s where you grew up, where you say good bye, where you come for guidance, where you go to heal and sometimes it’s just where you are now. It is where you LIVE!
No matter what stage you are in or how little or how much you have to invest, it matters. You matter.
My objective as a realtor is to meet you where you are and walk you through the process. I will help you plant roots or build your launch pad. I want to help you invest in what matters to you!
I look forward to helping you and would be honored if you referred me to those that matter to you.
